January 2010
“The Lord bless and keep you.
The Lord let his face shine upon you, and be gracious to you!
The Lord look upon you kindly and give you peace!
Numbers 6:24-26
We usually start a new year with resolutions and goal. How about starting 2010 with a list of blessings? As the economy and situation in our area and the country has changed over the past few years, people have been forced to reprioritize and truly note what is important.
Thank God for the blessings you received in 2009. Compose a list of loved ones that you will pray for this year. Keep the priorities of faith, family, and health at the top of your “blessings” list and thank God for them daily.
St. Robert School is blessed with 251 students from 170 faith-filled families. We have 11 full time teachers who have dedicated their lives to Catholic education and passing on the faith. There are over 20 support personnel that share their gifts with our teachers and students to contribute to a well-rounded top quality education, as well as a nurturing pleasant environment for our St. Robert School children.
We are truly blessed. I am thankful for the St. Robert School Family and look forward to 2010, as we grow in faith and knowledge together.
God bless you,
Susan SharpPrincipal
